For our first full day in Vegas, I wore this outfit as we explored the Vegas art district and the pinball museum.  This outfit looks like a romper until you look closely and see it is a two-piece set, which makes it infinitely better since you can wear the two pieces in separate outfits and you are not struggling using a restroom like you would with a romper. In case you follow Instagram stories, you’ll know I wore this suit with different accessories on Sunday when I attended the Sonoma Harvest Music Festival. This suit has a pretty floral print that works for the transition point between Summer and Fall, especially when Fall is kicked off with a pretty intense heatwave in the Bay Area this week.

The retro vibe of this two-piece set fits well with the art district backdrop, especially with the flower mural we came across for this outfit shoot. I picked up my short set in Los Angeles and it is by The Room. I was shopping for centerpieces for the wedding down in Santee Alley, but came across this and another playsuit I’ll be sharing in my next outfit post.

Since my last post, I’ve been filling my days amping up my Poshmark closet. I joined the app back in 2013 and have built a pretty big following and have made sales every now and then as I cleared out my closet. I think having this stream of income is something I want to continue exploring. I am not sure if I could be a reseller full-time, but I want to have all the items I don’t need as well as items my mom recently cleared out of her closet listed while I job hunt. Back in August, I was a closet consultant for Poshmark’s live party in SF, and I did not realize how seasoned I was in terms of offering advice. My goal for the rest of this year is to also highlight my own tips and tricks for my closet in case you’ve been curious about starting a closet on the app or stepping up your game on the app.

Speaking of job hunting, I’ve been working on my portfolio, and one aspect that had been neglected is my blog. I am working on being consistent with it, but also updating a few things on this site, so I appreciate your patience as we test some things out. I am excited to breathe new life into the blog and to bring in some of these necessary updates. Shout out to my husband for helping me keep this going. <3

Hope you are having a great start to Fall!

Until next time,

Brandy
